Sr. Analyst, Retail Strategy & Analytics (Ecommerce)

Location: hirify.global Midtown Office, Richmond, Virginia; onsite 4 days per week

Annual salary: $88,400–$132,600, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Design and analyze tests evaluating changes to products and retail operations.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to support prioritization and answer key business questions.
• Influence strategic decisions across Product, Technology, and Operations.
• Partner with business and product owners to drive innovation aligned with the retail vision.
• Develop datasets, models, reports, and dashboards to monitor and improve performance.
• Generate, prioritize, and activate value-creating business ideas.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Experience conducting large-scale data analysis and willingness to develop proficiency in SQL or Tableau.
• Ability to apply business and technical knowledge to complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills with analysts and business partners.
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical or strategic role.
• Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance; current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required, and sponsorship is not available.
