Senior Staff Digital Verification Engineer (DDR6)

What you will do

• Verify DDR6 data buffers against functional and performance specifications.
• Drive verification strategy, test plans, coverage, and test execution for memory interface products.
• Integrate and test designs at system and block levels using UVM methodology.
• Develop reusable verification environments, testbenches, tests, checkers, and coverage models.
• Optimize UVM-based testbenches for reusability, performance, and ease of use.
• Work with design teams to ensure requirements are met and drive improvements to verification quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, plus 7+ years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 9+ years of experience.
• Experience with digital design verification for memory interface products or comparable semiconductor designs.
• Experience integrating and testing at system and block levels using UVM.
• Ability to develop verification plans, tests, coverage, and checkers from product specifications.
• Ability to own verification environments and assigned tools as an expert user.
