What you will do

• Provide technical support to engineers working on production process improvements.
• Create work instructions, visual aids, process documentation, and route sheets for samples.
• Support advanced quality planning documentation and the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepare reports using raw data, metrics, trends, and monitoring results.
• Analyze instrument and control-system deviations to identify and resolve problems.
• Participate in improvement projects and analyze defective materials to determine root causes.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Accountability for achieving goals and meeting standards.
