Salesforce Platform Specialist, AI and Automation

Location: Farringdon, London, United Kingdom

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Travel for training, occasional team meetings, and projects may be required, up to approximately 20%.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and enhance solutions across the global Salesforce ecosystem for Ticketmaster and Live Nation international operations.
• Administer Salesforce environments serving approximately 2,000 users, including accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine platform functions.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents for process automation, case triage, and first-line support.
• Use Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, Claude, and other AI-assisted tools to improve knowledge drafting, case resolution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Design data models, custom objects, forms, functions, workflows, and complex solution components throughout the software development life cycle.
• Support audits, upgrades, documentation, security, privacy, compliance, and the reliability of existing Salesforce deployments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing, configuring, and enhancing a large global Salesforce instance.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, including configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI agents, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly.
• Practical familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, Claude for Salesforce, Salesforce Flows, data tools, security controls, and single sign-on.
• Experience with troubleshooting, business-facing requirements, reporting, declarative development, data security, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Ability to lead and work in an Agile development environment, communicate clearly, solve complex system and data issues, and collaborate with global teams.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and version control concepts, including pull requests.
