Core Technician (Cell Therapy)

What you will do

• Perform aseptic processing and cell culture manipulations for clinical and commercial cell therapy products in Grade A/B cleanrooms.
• Operate cell processing and manufacturing equipment according to approved SOPs, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate concerns.
• Follow contamination control, containment, safety, and GMP requirements.
• Complete and review GMP documentation, including manufacturing batch records.
• Identify and communicate deviations and support process deviation investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other site functions to meet production schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with cell therapy technologies or related biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Working knowledge of aseptic processing principles, cleanroom operations, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, manufacturing instructions, production schedules, and GMP documentation procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; SAP and LIMS experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform routine aseptic gowning, stand for up to 6 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
