User Community Manager (Adult Entertainment)

What you will do

• Manage and moderate the official subreddit and user communities, enforcing rules and addressing spam, harassment, scams, and conflict.
• Build an inclusive community through Q&As, AMAs, polls, guides, and announcements.
• Evaluate and potentially launch a dedicated Discord community.
• Establish a user research pool for surveys, interviews, focus groups, and beta testing.
• Turn community discussions and qualitative feedback into sentiment reports and actionable recommendations for Product, UX, and Marketing.
• Support launches and escalate safety, reputational, fraud, legal, account, and technical issues through established pathways.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, trust and safety, community operations, or user research.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Reddit or Discord.
• Exceptional written English, strong conflict de-escalation skills, emotional maturity, and sound moderation judgment.
• Ability to structure qualitative feedback into clear themes, data, and actionable product insights.
• Strong privacy and escalation judgment for sensitive or regulatory issues.
• Ability to work independently with global, multicultural user communities.

Nice to have

• Experience in adult entertainment, creator economy, social platforms, gaming, or other high-risk consumer industries.
• Experience launching Reddit or Discord communities or building ambassador and beta-program pools.
• Familiarity with social listening, analytics, CRM, or feedback management tools.
• Multilingual community management experience, including Russian fluency.
