Employee Relations Specialist (Part-time)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions

Salary: $110,625–$230,625 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions

What you will do

• Lead employee-relations investigations from intake interviews through recommended corrective actions, including coaching and terminations.
• Review employee-relations matters for timely, consistent, and policy-compliant handling.
• Advise and coach HR Business Partners and HR Generalists on performance management, workplace conduct, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Create guidelines, best practices, and training for employees, managers, and HR professionals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline ER processes and improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
• Partner with senior leaders, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, HR, and Corporate Security while maintaining company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employee-relations experience in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence HR professionals at multiple levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain approachable, objective, discreet, sensitive, and confidential.
