Annual base pay: $54,600–$136,300

What you will do

• Advise employees and managers on personnel policies, programs, and procedures.
• Investigate employee relations issues and facilitate their resolution.
• Review annual performance evaluations and related performance documentation.
• Coach managers on people management and performance management practices.
• Support organizational change, training activities, and regulatory audits.
• Manage high-volume employee relations processes within required time frames.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, investigations, and relationship management.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to investigate and close complex HR issues while managing multiple deadlines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience with high-volume employee relations workloads and case management systems.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
