What you will do

• Lead strategic narratives for hirify.global Europe's CEO and executive communications.
• Develop themes, storylines and messaging frameworks for leadership moments, thought leadership initiatives and strategic announcements.
• Create and edit speeches, scripts, talking points, social posts, memos and briefing materials.
• Own and evolve hirify.global Europe's corporate narrative by connecting business strategy, client impact, innovation and market developments.
• Advise communications leaders and business stakeholders on executive positioning, writing, editing and message development.
• Integrate campaigns, announcements and executive engagements with broader reputation and business objectives across markets and channels.

Requirements

• Hands-on communications experience combining strategic thinking with execution.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills.
• Strong experience in speechwriting, copywriting, social content, memo and briefing writing.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership visibility programmes.
• Understanding of corporate reputation, thought leadership and executive positioning.
• Strong judgement, stakeholder management, strategic advisory and commercial awareness in dynamic, regulated and matrixed environments.
