Comms & Content Manager (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the studio at Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2GW

What you will do

• Support the content strategy and coordinate editorial activity across the website, blog, partner channels, paid media and influencer campaigns.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and develop creative ideas, campaign narratives and audience-focused content.
• Write, edit and review content to ensure clarity, quality, consistency and brand alignment.
• Coordinate partner, publisher, agency and influencer initiatives, including creator selection and campaign delivery.
• Steer day-to-day PR activity and support press materials, announcements and external communications.
• Support internal communications, guide direct reports and coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Social, CRM, Community and SEGA Publishing.

Requirements

• Experience in content, communications or PR, ideally in journalism, editorial, public relations or professional writing.
• Strong writing and editing skills, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Experience planning and coordinating content across multiple channels.
• Experience developing creative campaigns and working with partners, agencies, influencers or media.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including the ability to represent the studio externally.
• Interest in audience insight and performance data; previous line management or mentoring experience is desirable.
