Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per month.

What you will do
- Shape and execute the global motorsport communications strategy in alignment with sporting credibility, competitive positioning, brand storytelling, and commercial goals.
- Lead communications relationships with the FIA, Sporting Directors, Team Principals, drivers, race operations, and executive leadership.
- Build collaborative relationships with teams, uncover authentic stories, and develop consistent season-long narratives for motorsport and mainstream media.
- Elevate driver profiles, build awareness beyond the track, and drive communications momentum around the GEN4 car.
- Coach and develop the Motorsport Communications Manager and maintain high editorial standards across press releases and briefing materials.
- Manage communications during trackside incidents, regulatory infringements, and technical controversies in partnership with senior leadership and the FIA.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an international or top-tier motorsport championship, on the team, series, or governing-body side.
- Established relationships with global motorsport media and a strong understanding of race-weekend dynamics and the motorsport media landscape.
- Senior communications experience in international motorsport or elite sport.
- Ability to assess and manage crisis situations, provide executive counsel, and deliver clear media messaging under extreme time pressure.
- Journalist-level editorial standards and experience producing high-impact press releases, Q&As, and media guides.
- Willingness to work from the Hammersmith London office 3 days per week and travel internationally for at least half of each race season.
