Location: Bath, United Kingdom; full-time, on-site role.

What you will do
- Lead internal communications that connect employees with organisational purpose, strategy and priorities.
- Develop leadership communications and advise senior leaders on high-impact messaging.
- Support organisational change initiatives through clear and engaging communication.
- Create employee engagement opportunities that build clarity, trust and connection.
- Deliver strategic storytelling for diverse audiences, including operational, field-based and non-digital workforces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications within a complex organisation.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver high-quality communications at pace.
