What you will do

• Support policy renewal activities and client retention strategies for Life & Health insurance products.
• Handle customer service calls, policy change requests, invoices, ID cards, and client portal access.
• Analyze policyholder insurance needs and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships through follow-up calls and emails, resolving or escalating service issues.
• Keep account information accurate in agency management systems and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal service and sales teams and prepare business metrics reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• One to four years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines required.
• Knowledge of underwriting, rating, compliance, eligibility, open enrollment, and qualifying-event requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially database programs, with the ability to learn additional applications.
