Employee Benefits Sales Executive

What you will do

• Drive continuous new business revenue growth and maintain existing business revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing brokers and insurance carriers.
• Lead discovery, sales due diligence, conceptual presentations, and broker sales meetings.
• Create and execute prospecting strategies to generate broker leads and first appointments.
• Advise brokers on insurance products, market trends, healthcare reform, and sales opportunities.
• Track appointments and broker opportunities in the CRM while supporting renewals, service activities, and additional lines of business sales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain positive broker relationships.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, market needs, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of alternative funding arrangements, including fully and partially insured, minimum premium, and self-insured plans.
• Strong analytical, listening, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Life, Accident & Health License required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
