Test & Validation Senior Associate Engineer

Location: Corinth, Mississippi, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Implement and improve testing, development, and validation techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery.
• Resolve design and manufacturing issues while supporting design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Adopt new technologies and processes, including automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software.
• Plan and improve testing procedures to increase reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor test results, machine and process capabilities, and performance reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, materials science, or equivalent engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of product testing, including test documentation, defect tracking, compliance testing, and test procedure development.
• Working knowledge of analytical methods and tools such as flow charts, Pareto charts, fishbone diagrams, and GR&R.
• Experience or knowledge in troubleshooting hardware failures, PLC inputs and outputs, and performance gaps.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, communicate critical information, and support project planning and risk mitigation.
