Software Engineer III (Healthcare AI)

Salary: $156,000–$176,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software features across hirify.global products.
• Build technology for the hirify.global Me platform to increase patient and participant engagement.
• Evaluate technical design options and propose effective solutions.
• Develop software using Go, React, Google Cloud, GitHub, Docker, and Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with full-stack and backend developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical software-development experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software-development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with React.
• Expertise building software and systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP experience is preferred.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data-processing pipelines with BigQuery or other analytics-oriented databases.
• Healthcare or life-sciences education or experience, particularly with HL7 FHIR.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
