Ads Sales Director

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of the direct advertising sales business.
• Sell web and mobile advertising solutions, including programmatic direct, sponsorships, custom packages, and new market formats.
• Own the full sales cycle from marketing and prospecting through negotiations, closing, execution, and account management.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and digital ad buyers to increase market awareness and revenue.
• Partner with Business Development to create custom solutions for advertising partners.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Data to develop marketable ad solutions that comply with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in direct digital sales with a strong record of revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem across web and mobile.
• Established relationships with leaders at advertising agencies and brands.
• Experience building a business from scratch with limited processes and infrastructure.
• Strong strategic, creative, communication, presentation, and execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
