Turnaround Intern - Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing/Electrical Engineering): Supporting planning, readiness, execution, and continuous improvement for a major plant turnaround with an accent on field verification, electrical upgrades, process safety, and equipment reliability. Focus on developing work packages, tracking turnaround readiness and project progress, supporting inspections and commissioning, and documenting safety observations and lessons learned.
Location: Woodward, Oklahoma, United States; onsite in a manufacturing environment

What you will do
- Support turnaround planning, work-scope tracking, field walkdowns, readiness reviews, and work-package development.
- Verify equipment tags, drawings, P&IDs, and field conditions while supporting MOC reviews and site preparation.
- Provide field support during outage execution, monitor assigned scopes, inspect process equipment, and track equipment closure and pre-commissioning documentation.
- Support electrical upgrades, reliability projects, equipment selection, vendor coordination, installation verification, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Participate in PHA, MOC, PSSR, mechanical integrity, reliability, safety audit, and field observation activities.
- Maintain readiness trackers, develop a turnaround report or dashboard, and deliver a final presentation covering contributions, safety observations, lessons learned, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented industrial environment and provide field support during turnaround activities.
