What you will do
- Support quarterly earnings activities through financial analysis, reporting, key messaging, releases, executive talking points, call scripts, and Q&A materials.
- Maintain investor relations financial models, analyst consensus tracking, investor presentations, and Board reporting materials.
- Analyze company performance, industry and macroeconomic trends, competitor disclosures, market activity, and valuation benchmarks.
- Track company KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business leaders.
- Coordinate investor conferences, meetings, and other investor relations events while responding to investor and analyst inquiries.
- Partner with finance, strategy, and leadership teams on market assessments, growth initiatives, long-range planning, and corporate finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Equity Research, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial statement analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of public equity markets and SEC disclosure requirements.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Regular standing, walking, computer-based work, and occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds are required.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Investor Relations activities for a publicly traded company.
- Exposure to both Corporate Finance and Investor Relations functions.
- Experience in power generation, energy technology, or industrial manufacturing.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
