What you will do

  • Follow plant safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain cleanroom, housekeeping, and GMP procedures.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to customer procedures, VISTAMED procedures, and blueprints.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections and make timely process adjustments.
  • Carry out product changeovers effectively and integrate waste-reduction methods.
  • Support non-conformance prevention, customer complaint investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and internal training.

  • Good standard of education.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and follow strict regulations and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selection based on experience, aptitude, and references.
