What you will do

• Consult with agency teams on content development and distribution for client marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy and customer experience teams to define audiences, customer journeys, and content ecosystems.
• Establish the role of content marketing within broader strategic marketing plans.
• Lead the development, distribution, and performance measurement of content strategies and executions.
• Direct hirify.global’s content marketing across social media and other owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Social Media Strategist, contractors, vendors, and internal resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on content strategy experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends.
• Experience directing social media and content marketing materials; a portfolio is requested.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven problem-solving ability, strong organization, attention to detail, creativity, and work ethic.

Nice to have

• Advertising agency experience.
• Experience with social listening and marketing insights tools such as SpredFast and Nuvi.
• SEO, public relations, journalistic writing, graphic design, or other digital marketing experience.
