What you will do

• Develop new business opportunities and generate advertising revenue.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and make sales calls to prospective clients.
• Build targeted campaigns across broadcast, SEO, SEM, display, email, social, OTT, and programmatic channels.
• Prepare and present advertising proposals and explain rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, creative, and production teams on long-term campaigns.
• Implement strategies to grow revenue and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Marketing or equivalent related experience.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, advertising platforms, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor.
