Manager, Order to Cash (OTC) Portfolio Management

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; hybrid

Salary: $91,200–$210,000 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, location, skills, knowledge, and experience. Eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance for an assigned customer portfolio across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Monitor order accuracy, billing quality, deduction trends, cash application, unapplied cash, DSO, and past-due balances.
• Conduct customer performance reviews and present actionable risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of issues across order management, billing, pricing, accounts receivable, credit, and supply chain.
• Partner with Process & System Integration Managers and Controls, Data & Billing Integrity teams to identify root causes and eliminate recurring issues.
• Work with Sales, Commercial teams, and customers to align on terms of sale, expectations, priorities, and relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable, Customer Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
• Exposure to BPO or outsourced operations.
• Experience working directly with Sales or customers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
