Tax Accountant (Semiconductor)

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Prepare consolidated federal and state corporate income tax returns using Thomson’s OneSource RS.
• Calculate estimated tax payments, extensions, R&D tax credits, and annual R&D studies.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end ASC 740 income tax provisions, schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Support foreign tax provision work, including E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credit calculations.
• Defend federal and state income tax audits and support transfer pricing analysis, adjustments, and reporting.
• Assist with tax forecasting, SOX controls, tax research, and other non-routine projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in public or tax accounting.
• CPA certification with all four exam parts passed.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of Thomson’s OneSource RS, SAP, and Vertex.
