Salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Research and analyze companies from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare support documents and client presentation materials for the structured finance team and management.
• Write offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Perform transaction due diligence and research industries and market data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, prioritize deadlines, and uphold departmental standards.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Established work history or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
