Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000–$113,300 annually

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver recurring monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, variances, risks, and business drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, and consolidation of international divisional forecasts.
• Build, maintain, review, and audit complex Excel financial models and analytical workbooks.
• Prepare P&L, IT spend, sourcing, procurement, vendor, and corporate cost-center reporting.
• Partner with Finance, operating divisions, corporate departments, and management to explain findings and recommend actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, expense analysis, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP financial statements and the relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including reviewing formulas, data flows, assumptions, and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate FP&A or financial reporting environment.
• MBA, CPA, advanced degree, or professional certification.
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, ERP, multidimensional database systems, or Oracle Essbase.
