Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; face-to-face client work is required.

Salary: $63,840–$83,790 per year.

What you will do

• Provide audit and other assurance services as a member of engagement teams.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and answer questions.
• Perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and discuss improvement recommendations.
• Build client and internal relationships while developing technical accounting and consulting skills.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business field.
• Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state.
• Strong academic performance; a GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or professional organization involvement.
• Teamwork, communication, time management, analytical, organizational, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
