What you will do

• Support engagement teams by providing audit, assurance, and consulting services.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions.
• Perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls and discuss recommendations for improvement.
• Build client and internal relationships while developing business advisory skills.
• Participate in on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business field.
• Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state.
• Outstanding academic performance; a GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or professional organization involvement.
• Teamwork, communication, time management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
