What you will do

• Lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives from thesis and business case development through solution design, execution, and launch.
• Frame complex decisions for C-suite executives and senior leaders while maintaining stakeholder alignment, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes.
• Structure and manage strategic partnerships with distributors and technology providers, translating commercial objectives into requirements, workplans, and implemented solutions.
• Develop integrated roadmaps for the product, technology, operating, and business capabilities required to support growth initiatives.
• Continuously evolve the operating model across product, distribution, technology, and operations functions, including governance, decision rights, handoffs, and accountability.
• Connect innovation capabilities to broader business priorities and coordinate cross-functional dependencies to support adoption and reuse.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, product innovation, technology-enabled transformation, or operating model development.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or technology roles serving financial institutions.
• Demonstrated success moving complex initiatives from strategy through launch, including business cases, capability requirements, roadmaps, and implementation coordination.
• Experience executing strategic partnerships or platform integrations and translating commercial opportunities into product, technology, and operating requirements.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior leaders, influence across organizational boundaries, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of wealth management, banking, retirement, digital distribution, direct-to-consumer financial services, or RIA and advisor platforms.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
