What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership to the Payments Team and oversee all payment processing functions.
• Manage daily payment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Support, and Product teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Mentor team leads and staff to maintain a high-performing work environment.
• Communicate performance updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Background in the digital finance (FinTech) space is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Solid understanding of payment operations, financial processes, banking, or compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective operational improvements.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with strong relationship-building skills.
