Business Analyst (DoD Financial Management)

Location: On-site in Dayton, Ohio, supporting a government customer. U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide financial and technical consulting for a DoD program management and financial management system.
• Support and train government customers on financial management processes and systems.
• Advise on government finance, acquisition, budgeting, and financial data structures.
• Reconcile information across multiple systems and review forecasts and accounting data daily.
• Support the operations of a government financial office and travel as required.

Requirements

• At least seven years of government acquisition, finance, financial management, program management, or related experience within a DoD organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered with ten or more years of technical training or work/military experience.
• Experience with government financial and accounting systems, acquisition and budgeting processes, and relational databases.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and selected applicants must pass a federal background investigation and meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
• Ability to work on-site, communicate accurately, use a computer for prolonged periods, and lift or carry at least 15 pounds.
