OEMs & Equipment Project Manager (Clean Transportation)

hirify.global administers on-road and off-road Voucher Incentive Programs that support the transition to zero-emission vehicles and equipment.

What you will do

• Manage vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer workflows across Voucher Incentive Programs, including additions, removals, deactivations, eligibility updates, and dealer affiliations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, dealers, internal program teams, and government partners on documentation, system updates, and program changes.
• Review approval and eligibility records and maintain accurate information across Salesforce, public-facing websites, internal trackers, and related systems.
• Lead projects to standardize, document, streamline, and automate recurring workflows such as catalog updates, OEM notifications, and year-end vehicle deactivation.
• Analyze vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer data, monitor workflow status, identify discrepancies, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Develop procedures, process maps, templates, trackers, training materials, and dealer-facing guidance while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, engineering, environmental studies, business, public policy, project management, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in transportation, vehicle or equipment manufacturing, clean energy, incentive program administration, project management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of on-road vehicles, off-road equipment, commercial fleets, OEMs, dealerships, or zero-emission transportation technologies.
• Strong project management, data management, analytical, communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, website authoring or content management software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and data-tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, interpret technical or program requirements, and improve complex or manual processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with government-funded incentive, rebate, grant, or voucher programs supporting clean transportation, commercial vehicles, or off-road equipment.
• Familiarity with battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles, charging, hydrogen fueling, or related infrastructure.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, workflow automation, or system integration projects.
• Experience developing technical or dealer-facing training resources and translating regulatory or technical requirements into operational procedures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, industry events, demonstrations, and related program activities.
