Growth Marketing Manager (AI Video)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $100K–$150K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Create performance ads for paid social platforms in partnership with the performance team.
• Source and manage creators end to end, including outreach, contract negotiations, and ad production.
• Prepare creative briefs for creators, agencies, and internal teams.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to guide testing and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and performance stakeholders on full-funnel campaigns for new and core audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with strong creative skills.
• Hands-on experience with Meta platforms, paid social, and direct-response advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global creators and influencers; adaptable and self-starting approach.
