What you will do
- Research and scout Chinese technologies and innovations for electrification systems, including energy storage, power electronics, and e-actuators.
- Support technology research and development activities aimed at improving Technology Readiness Levels.
- Design electrification and electronics system architectures and solutions for relevant projects.
- Integrate and test electrification components and robotic systems in a laboratory environment.
- Provide technical consulting on supplier requirements, solution evaluations, acceptance testing, and system verification.
- Coordinate technical matters with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the EU technology department while supporting lab operations and testing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Professional experience in electrical and electronics development, electrification systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience with power electronics, energy storage, e-actuators, or robotic components.
- Ability to design system architectures and perform component and system-level testing.
- Experience evaluating supplier technical proposals and managing technical requirements and acceptance tests.
- Commitment to compliance, integrity, and responsible management of technical risks.
