Training Devices Maintenance

hirify.global, in cooperation with HUA-OU Aviation Training Company Limited, provides aviation training support and services.

What you will do

• Maintain training devices in line with Airbus training standards and a reliability target above 99%.
• Perform pre-flight, routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on each training device.
• Respond to maintenance calls, troubleshoot discrepancies, and minimize training interruptions.
• Update flight management, navigation, airport, CBT courseware, and application databases.
• Run regular QTG checks, manage spare parts, and complete work logs, work orders, and troubleshooting reports.
• Support simulator visits and demonstrations, brief new instructors and dry leasers, and maintain operational continuity outside normal working hours.

Requirements

• Professional experience in training support and services.
• Ability to perform scheduled shifts and respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner.
• Ability to support certified training devices and comply with airworthiness authority requirements.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and responsible risk awareness.
