Controls Engineering Manager - Onsite

Location: El Dorado Hills, California, United States; 100% onsite at a hirify.global facility

Salary: $180,000–$209,000 annual base, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage supervisors and engineering employees, including performance reviews, pay reviews, training, and development.
• Provide technical guidance and lead the resolution of technical, operational, organizational, resource, and scheduling issues.
• Develop and improve engineering work methodologies for new designs, design modifications, and equipment assembly processes.
• Identify CAD tools and equipment, manage CAD vendor relationships, and oversee support and maintenance agreements.
• Define technical requirements, scope, timelines, and resources for new engineering projects.
• Review engineers’ goals and accomplishments, assess adherence to methodologies, and set improvement goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as electrical, mechanical, or software engineering.
• 3–5 years of management experience across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time at the El Dorado Hills, California facility.
