Salesforce and GenAI System Analyst

Location: New York City, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office

Base salary: $100,000–$123,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Information Systems, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable CRM solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce workflows, automations, lead routing, approvals, notifications, data management, and operational processes.
• Evaluate and implement practical GenAI use cases that improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve the user experience across business systems.
• Manage enhancements through discovery, testing, rollout, documentation, and user support.
• Collaborate with global Information Systems, Integration/Development, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise business systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable CRM workflows, automations, and business process improvements.
• Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and operational efficiency.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions.
• Curiosity about Generative AI tools and their use in business workflows and productivity.
• Ability to work autonomously, own deliverables, and collaborate with a manager and team in a different time zone.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications or experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools or light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
