Director, Product — Compliance Platform (RegTech/AI): Leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a compliance platform that encodes 200+ statutory leave and accommodation laws, with an accent on regulatory accuracy, scalable product capabilities, and enterprise B2B SaaS. Focus on applying AI and automation to regulatory complexity, translating legal requirements into product features, and maintaining quality in accuracy-critical domains.

What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance platform.
- Lead, mentor, and grow product managers and compliance domain experts.
- Own the rules engine encoding more than 200 statutory leave and accommodation laws, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state paid-leave programs.
- Partner with Legal, compliance experts, engineering, design, Sales, and Customer Experience to translate regulations into scalable capabilities and deliver them effectively.
- Advance AI and automation while protecting accuracy and determining where human review is required.
- Track product outcomes, monitor regulatory changes, present the roadmap to executives and customers, and maintain security and compliance controls.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and management or development of a PM team.
- Experience setting product direction, aligning teams, delivering measurable business outcomes, and shipping complex products on time.
- Direct ownership of a compliance, regulatory, or rules-engine product in areas such as RegTech, tax, legal, benefits, healthcare, fintech, or HR compliance.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features.
- Experience shipping AI- or LLM-powered products with rigorous quality evaluation in accuracy-critical domains.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience and strong data fluency.
