Senior Accountant (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role requiring two days per week onsite at the Santa Clara office, California, United States.

Base pay: $110,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Process daily transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and perform detailed income statement analysis.
• Assist with financial reports, account reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• Manage transactional accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.
• Support ad hoc accounting and company development projects.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting and private industry experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Microsoft and Google Workspace, Ramp, FloQast, and similar tools.
• Active CPA license or progress toward obtaining one.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, self-review, attention-to-detail, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Santa Clara office two days per week.
