Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid. Full-time telecommuting is also an option.

Salary: $201,282–$282,000 per year.

What you will do

• Shape the future of the Editor tool and document platform.
• Leverage AI where appropriate to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Become an industry expert in contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
• Conduct continuous user research and build feedback loops to understand customer needs.
• Partner with design and engineering to improve simplicity and extensibility across the user interface and platform.
• Define and analyze product metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline and four years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and six years of progressively responsible relevant experience.
• Quantitative data analysis and prioritization with trade-off analysis.
• User research, technical requirements gathering, and technical project management.
• Fluency in software architecture design, software lifecycle management, and API development.
• Experience with software A/B testing and experimentation, technical documentation, user experience design, and technical training.
