Software Test Evaluator - Senior- TGAD

Location: Robins AFB, Georgia, United States; travel to temporary duty locations of less than 10%.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to acquire a Secret security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, analyze, and report developmental test and evaluation for a web-based Maintenance Repair and Overhaul solution.
• Develop test plans, test cases, test procedures, test cards, metrics, and Test and Evaluation Master Plans.
• Assess testability of system requirements, performance measures, entry and exit criteria, constraints, and test progress.
• Use manual, automated, and performance-testing tools to execute tests and identify system deficiencies and anomalies.
• Evaluate and report deficiencies, provide recommendations, and participate in deficiency review boards.
• Support maintenance and logistics testing, data analysis, configuration management, account provisioning, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of applicable experience; additional experience may substitute for education.
• Manual software testing experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to acquire a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and lead or direct the work of others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing, briefings, and formal presentations.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when mission requirements demand.

Nice to have

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with HP ALM or a similar test management system, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Automated test tools experience and knowledge of RMF and cybersecurity test and evaluation.
