Senior Software QA Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Tech Leads to define testing objectives and build testability, observability, and resilience into system designs.
• Analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute manual and automated tests for new and existing functionality.
• Own the evolution of automation architecture, tooling choices, regression suites, and feature test sets.
• Mentor QA and Software Engineers on test automation practices, coding standards, and quality ownership.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and performance, load, accessibility, and other non-functional testing.
• Define test environment and test data requirements, manage testing risks, and integrate with third-party systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience planning and executing structured testing for complex software solutions, preferably in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with API and E2E test automation tools and frameworks, preferably Playwright and TypeScript.
• Strong usability analysis, test-case design, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in both startup and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB, ISEB, or equivalent software testing qualification.
• Experience testing e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools, preferably k6.
• Knowledge of aviation, aerospace, or MRO business.
• Experience with JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
