Treasury Manager

What you will do

• Run the daily payment cycle across bank and EMI systems, including preparation, approval, and execution confirmation.
• Maintain daily cash balances by entity and currency and prepare cash position reports.
• Support bank account opening and maintenance, prepare KYB packs, and respond to bank and EMI information requests.
• Process payroll payments and allocate costs to the correct entity and project.
• Reconcile bank, exchange, and custody balances with accounting records and investigate differences.
• Prepare intercompany transfers and maintain transaction records, account registers, signatories, and mandates in 1C.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, or bank back-office work.
• Practical experience with bank and EMI client systems and daily payment processing.
• Experience working accurately under deadlines, including payroll and tax days, across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Experience with digital-asset operations, including exchange accounts, custody platforms, and wallet addresses, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Confident Excel skills; experience with 1C is an advantage.
• Professional English required; Russian is preferred.
