Sr. Manager, Pipeline & Platform Communications, Electrophysiology

Location: Based in Irvine, California, United States; up to 20% domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Develop integrated communications strategies for electrophysiology innovation priorities, pipeline programs, platform advancements, and business objectives.
• Translate scientific, clinical, and technical concepts into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Create messaging, executive presentations, media materials, digital content, videos, and scientific communications.
• Support communications for clinical studies, scientific publications, innovation partnerships, and clinical evidence generation.
• Advise innovation leaders and collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Marketing, Commercial, and communications teams.
• Anticipate and manage issues while strengthening the reputation of the company and its electrophysiology leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing communications, scientific communications, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience translating complex scientific, clinical, and technical concepts into compelling communications.
• Experience supporting executive communications, advising senior leaders, and managing multiple cross-functional partners.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting R&D, innovation, pipeline, clinical, Medical Affairs, or scientific organizations.
• Experience in cardiovascular care, electrophysiology, medical devices, or broader MedTech environments.
• Experience managing agencies and external communications partners.
