Location: Remote - Massachusetts; minimal travel to healthcare sites or other designated locations may be required. On-call support is required approximately one week per month, including occasional off-hours support.
Salary: $84,300.22–$107,481.20 annually, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do
- Implement, optimize, configure, and support moderately complex to complex healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with end users to define requirements and tailor application functionality.
- Build enhancements, document custom configurations, and develop test scenarios.
- Execute testing for new functionality, software updates, and upgrades; research and resolve issues.
- Lead small to medium-sized complex projects with oversight and contribute to implementation event plans and go-lives.
- Provide user, vendor, and after-hours support, including troubleshooting issues escalated by the Help Desk.
Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely from Massachusetts and travel occasionally to healthcare sites or other designated locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus eight years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus six years; or a bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, a clinical field, or a related field plus four years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting applications in a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and system configuration skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly to users.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week per month, including occasional off-hours support.
