Senior Identity & Security Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the design and architecture of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms in AWS and data centers.
• Implement IAM, authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity lifecycle management using standards like SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
• Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Python, and Go.
• Design security controls for AI-powered systems, including service identity, secrets management, and governed agent workflows.
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams to implement Zero Trust principles and drive secure-by-design solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for the Developer Productivity organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating production-level services on AWS.
• Experience with container technologies and operating services on Kubernetes.
• Strong automation skills with Python or Go and Terraform.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Sunnyvale, CA or Toronto, CAN (Hybrid role).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure and/or GCP.
