hirify.global is establishing a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland to support aircraft engineering programmes and future technology development.

What you will do

• Design and support the evolution of wing and nacelle ice protection systems for hirify.global commercial aircraft.
• Participate in aircraft programme development and future ice protection technology maturation.
• Improve understanding of icing conditions and methods used to develop ice protection systems.
• Manage existing ice protection methods and tools, integrate new tools, and propose improvements.
• Design and validate methods adapted to future aircraft technologies, architectures, protected elements, and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, system integration, or modelling.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Knowledge of aeronautics and certification frameworks, including CS-25 and CS-E.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, thermal and thermodynamic engineering.
• Scientific computation and modelling skills, along with collaboration, autonomy, proactivity, and customer focus.
