Infrastructure - Citrix Specialist (m/f/d) (Citrix)

Location: Remote in Poland; travel up to 10 days per year

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the global Citrix desktop virtualization platform across Radiometer and associated operating companies.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the Citrix environment.
• Provide advanced second- and third-level support for Citrix and core infrastructure, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage daily operations such as incident prioritization, monitoring, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate external Citrix vendors and partners, including performance governance and escalations.
• Improve and evolve the platform through optimization, automation, roadmap execution, and documentation.

Requirements

• Technical education in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience with IT end-user and Citrix technologies.
• Expert-level Citrix skills covering design, implementation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international organization.
• Experience in a medtech or pharmaceutical company.
• Broad experience with end-user computing solutions such as Intune, Windows, and M365.
