VDI System Service Engineer (Citrix/VDI)

Location: Remote from Sofia, Bulgaria. A valid working visa for the country of employment is required.

What you will do

• Manage and resolve incidents in enterprise Citrix/VDI environments.
• Process service requests and implement approved changes in line with SLA commitments.
• Investigate recurring issues through problem management and root cause analysis.
• Perform platform maintenance, health checks, and housekeeping activities.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve managed services and the end-user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, implementing, securing, and managing enterprise Citrix/VDI environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
• Experience with workflows, blueprints, automation, Linux, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, PVS, and MCS.
• Expertise in Citrix Profile Management, policy configuration, performance optimization, and virtual desktop provisioning.
• Fluent or professional English and Bulgarian, written and verbal, are required.

• Citrix, VMware, Windows, or Linux certifications.
