Specialist - Media

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio; office attendance required at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $63,000–$107,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 7.5%.

What you will do

• Support the development, execution, and optimization of national media campaigns for General Market and Hispanic Market audiences.
• Coordinate paid media efforts with internal teams and external partners to support marketing goals and timely campaign launches.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to guide media allocation and optimization decisions.
• Lead A/B testing opportunities and support enhanced data capability onboarding and activation.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, billing reconciliations, budget tracking, and budget management.
• Track platform changes, media trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing, advertising, business administration, or communications preferred.
• 1–2 years of related media experience, preferably with a media or full-service advertising agency.
• Understanding of national and local media planning and buying practices.
• Experience with marketing resources and tools and with building partnerships.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, communication, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Dublin, Ohio support center at least 4 days per week.
